My foundation in this business was built alongside my father. George L Tyus, at G.L. Tyus & Associates, his established property and casualty insurance agency. Joining him in 1994, I started with a focused mission: to bring life and health insurance expertise to the agency's clients. From day one, I learned that insurance isn't just about policies—it's about understanding people's lives, their dreams for their families, and their concerns for the future.

Working with my father, I absorbed the core principles that still guide me today: integrity in every recommendation, clarity in every explanation, and an unwavering commitment to being there when a client needs us most.

That initial role as a life and health agent taught me the critical importance of a holistic approach.
